Andrew Marr Appointed as Division Director of DFCM
Utah Department of Government Operations Executive Director Marvin Dodge has appointed Andrew Marr as the new division director for the Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM), following a nationwide search. Marr has been serving as interim division director of DFCM since October 2024. Marr joined the State of Utah in 2011 as an apprentice maintenance specialist at DFCM,
