The Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is pleased to announce that Matt Boyer has accepted the position of Deputy Director.
For the past six years, Matt has served as Assistant Director of Capital Development at DFCM, where he has successfully managed the delivery of numerous strategic projects for the State of Utah. Throughout his tenure at DFCM, he has built strong partnerships with contractors, state agencies, higher education institutions, and legislative leaders.
Matt’s industry experience and proven track record make him well-positioned to serve in this new capacity. DFCM looks forward to his continued leadership as Deputy Director.
